The Great Brunswick County Land Grab of 2008

Four Acres of commercial land for sale in a prime spot. Not only is it a great spot right now for development but lets look at the near future. This land is very close to the intersection of the new road that comes from the new bridge that is going into Oak Island and Highway 211. The bridge and road are expected to be completed in the spring of 2009. At this intersection is planned a new shopping center. The additional 1100 feet of runway that is currently being added to the Brunswick County Airport will allow small jets to land. This is being done because of other area growth that is expected which includes the new shipping port in Southport. With construction beginning in 2009 on the new port, the influx of jobs, people and traffic will make Highway 211 even more valuable. This land will be great commodity for whoever owns it. With 200 feet of road frontage one can just imagine the business possibilities.
